Really great! Clean, comfy beds, good location. We didn't meet the staff but everything worked really well. Highly recommend this place, good value for money!

Free parking, 30 minutes walking to Acropole, less to center, big room, clean, kitchen ok, balcony. Very good beds.

Room was big and it had everything we needed. Mattress on the bed was very good too. The AC was working great. It’s in very quiet neighborhood but still very close to night clubs so if you’re interested in partying you don’t even need to use metro it’s walking distance. Closest metro station is like 8 minutes and then only one stop away from center. It was also (by metro and than tram) one our away from beaches. the Big supermarket is 10 minutes walking. There is also very good view of the city in the top of the building. Maybe it would be better if there were some chairs so that you can sit there and enjoy the view little bit but that’s just details. The owner is very nice we could even checked-in earlier than we expected. We could also leave our bags in storage room which is was very convenient. Overall this accommodation is great for every type of holiday. We had great time and if we come back to Athens we would for sure choose this accommodation again. Thank you very much.

1. The flat is exactly like in the picture. Very fancy, huge, comfortable and clean. It was more than we expected. I read some comments regarding the cleaning, but my experience was perfect. I think this is a place for I would pay even more.2. We had a kitchen, big fridge, stove, air conditioner, private bathroom, mini Terrance and a huge comfortable bed with good pillows. Perfect for four days or more because it is almost a whole apartment.3. The host was the nicest person, very friendly and flexible with us. He helps us with our doubts and was open to making our holiday fantastic.4. It was 30 minutes walk from the bus station. The area was chill, but I recommend not walking alone, just in case, because there were not too many people on the streets.5. We could use a taxi Beat in the city and pay by card.

The room was spacious, with a large balcony on two sides, you can see your car from the balcony. The bathroom was a bit small, but OK. I always found a parking space next to the building, in front of the room. Access to the building is by elevator, so it is very good for those with heavy luggage or mobility problems. Although the area seems a bit strange (as, by the way, in all of Athens, there is an alternation of abandoned or degraded buildings and new buildings), I went to the street at any time, including evening or night and I had no problems, it's OK. In the area there are about two famous night clubs, a 5-minute walk from the location, and also about two or three theaters... About 5 minutes away, there is also a small non-stop kiosk, where you can buy something drink, next to which there is a fast food and opposite a non-stop gas station (with low fuel prices). In about 20-30 minutes you can walk to the center or in 30-40 minutes on foot you can easily reach the Acropolis or other tourist attractions.Tassos, the owner, is a very kind boy and gives you various instructions on how to check-in or what you can see or where you can eat etc...We received a free room upgrade, thank you, Tassos!One more thing: for us it was important that the location accepted pets, we went with a puppy. They do not charge extra, compared to many other locations, which do not even communicate the price for this service. Opposite is also a Petshop, for those who need it.

balcony! big room, AC, great bed, very clean. Fridge and freezer and basic kitchen utilities. Metro station 5 mins away. Fast and easy communication with the host. WIFI worked properly, elevator in the building and easy check in and out. Would stay here again for sure.

Lots of space, with room for eating, breakfast and yoga. E-Food found us easily and as non tourists it was a good base. Coffee shop a short walk away. Good aircon.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and luminous. The bus station that gets you everywhere you need is a few minutes away, and the underground station is 10 minutes away.Check-in was very easy, done through a code for the door, and checkout was also smooth. There is a nice terrace as well, with amazing views.

Nice location, just one or two stops to most of the nice sites. You just need to walk about 10 minutes to the metro station Keramikos. Also had a kitchen and big fridge which was helpful. The AC was also very good to have since the weather was getting warm.

The host goes out of his way to help you. He even upgraded our room for free. Apartments a decent size and clean. Close to tube station and supermarkets, too. We would stay here again.
